Chemical protective clothing is a kind of chemical protective clothing which is composed of hood, underwear, gloves and rubber boots. It is used with positive pressure fire air respirator.

usage method:

(1) Open the zipper of the chemical protective clothing, first extend it into the left foot, then put on the two sleeves, put on the hood, and close the zipper.

(2) Wear air respirator according to the instruction of positive pressure fire air respirator.

(3) Open the beginning of the gas cylinder, put on the cover of the air respirator, and make sure that the cover and the head cover of the chemical protective clothing are well sealed. Try breathing several times, and enter the operation site after confirming that the respirator and other things are normal.

(4) After the operation, it should be unloaded in the safe area. The unloading sequence is as follows: first remove the cover of the air respirator, close the gas cylinder switch, remove the air respirator, then pull open the sealing zipper and take off the chemical protective clothing.

Maintenance and storage:

1. After each use, according to the pollution situation, it can be washed with clean water, soapy water or 0.5% - 1% sodium carbonate solution, then washed with clean water, and stored in a cool and ventilated place after drying.

2. Chemical protective clothing should be stored indoors, not squeezed.

3. Keep away from heat source, sunlight and contact with active chemicals and oils during storage.

4. Chemical protective clothing should be stored in a clean, dry, well ventilated warehouse with room temperature of 5-35 ℃ and relative humidity of 40-80 ℃.
